![]() While this is off topic, it is appropriate to appreciate our service men and women. Lately a whole Batallion of Army National Guard returned from their tour of duty in Iraq. All over town are yard signs welcoming them home. While I don't have a sign, I wish them well as they come home to pick up their lives. The National Endowment for the Arts is helping soldiers nationwide, by giving them a venue to tell the stories of the war. I include a link to first, a story which I just read called: Taking Chance. It's a first hand account of a soldier, and the people showing their respect as a fallen soldier returns from battle. Secondly is a link to the page with other stories of the war and how it has affected the lives of those who go, and those who stay.
